At this point we are installing the Storm Drainage at the lowest point of the site, which will eventually empty clean water at controlled rate onto the neighboring property. This system is designed to prevent flash flood rain storms from washing out areas below. Some of the areas excavated for this installation reveal some unsuitable soils which will need to be exported and replaced with suitable soils for back fill and proper compaction
